Bigger Pockets has more than just these forums, they also have a library of books that will answer most of these questions.Searching the forums first will give you some base knowledge to ask a more refined question when you want to hit the forums to ask something.

Basically, it's met my needs for years, but i can't install it onto a new PC without signing up for (full) Quicken as a service.I have a property manager who maintains the buildings, manages tenancies, and basically reports to me what they did.
