Sorry, a correction here -- the two reported credit scores are 614, 624, and then that mysterious -1.

We have 3-4 units out of 48 that have "mystery odors" -- We have had no luck in getting rid of them or pintpointing their location. they've VERY old buildings but there's no carpeting so once we do, we SHOULD be able to kill them.

With all the murders and crime in this state, you'd think it would be easier to get a permit.

I've never understood the mysterious distinction between regular rewards and paint rewards.

Actually, I've read about a much of the public information that's out there...Logically speaking, you either you have to believe that the cop was very poorly trained (if he grabbed a taser instead of a service weapon), he is a murderer (if he purposefully grabbed his gun), or the entire system is corrupt (if tasers can be easily mistaken for service weapons but the police don't implement safety guards to make sure innocent people aren't continued to be killed).

From death threats to tenants being murdered to overdose to theft, property damage, fire, destruction, damage & everything else in between.The purpose of this blog is to peel back the curtain on the Property Management Business and show you some of the real life things that have happened to me or members of my company 1st hand.

How you both would file a Form E on the property is a mystery to me though.  

Maybe the seller doesn't feel comfortable signing contracts to sell their house to someone that does not have a real estate license, who has no experience, read some internet forums for 2 years in their free time, stuck some signs on the side of the road, and talks about mysterious cash investors they know who can close tomorrow.

We were faced with our work crew being murdered, vans and tools stolen, our rental being vandalized, could anyone face what we faced and  survive?
