If not several bigger domain companies (go daddy for example) have easy to use software to build your website.

Unfortunately I don't know of any software that offers what you're looking for for free.

I use camscanner to take a pic and then store it in my accounting software Xero immediately.

There is free landlord software out there that will perform market syndication for your property.

I have experienced some of this when I let my onsite maintance guy directly handle tenant calls and some rent collection.I use tech, both software and smart home automation hardware to acts as eyes and ears on the property.

We had no customer service plan and were using crappy software in all phases of the business. 

@Justin Wroblewski, I see a lot of recommendations for Venmo, Zelle, ChaseQuickPay yet these are not designed the same way a online rent payment software.
