There's many books I could recommend but I'd say check out - The One Thing by Gary Keller-  The Millionaire Next Door by Thomas J Stanley- The Book on Flipping Houses : .... by Jay ScottNo particular order.

Some of the books that have helped me in my investor mindset are Rich dad Poor Dad, The Richest Man in Babylon by George Samuel Klassen and The One Thing by Gary Keller, but probably the best advice for you at the moment is to look at the main REI strategies and decide which is the best for you now.
