Normally not the kinds of things you list, it is for fixing appliances or plumbing, correcting things we see in inspections, upgrade to whisper fan if they aren't ventilating the bathroom, etc.  

However, I don't think you have to worry about being disadvantaged if you are not represented by M&M.In my case, the offer price was not stated and I offered the "whisper number" that the selling broker had suggested.

The whisper started at 6mil, offer settled @ 6.3.

I would not invest it now as some are whispering a recession is coming.

Seller before closing has let us know that she has contracted a window company to install 4 windows and 2 glass sliding doors and she has the required approval from the Home Owners Association of Whispering Woods Condominium.

If the broker is good, they will have guided you there at this point in some way, and the list price or whisper price should have told you where you need to be to get the deal if it makes sense. 

But in sincerity, with talks of tunneling to San Antonio, Dallas has got to have been mentioned well and I think Houston at least in whispers.  

We us the Whisper series from Panasonic and they are very good and quiet.

Just whispers of a shifting market, it doesn't feel any different to my buyers & sellers right now except that we have gotten a couple offers accepted without going astronomically higher than list or including an appraisal waiver with leaseback options for the seller.
