@Gabriel Welch don't you know , everyone wants to be like mike ...lol.... in all seriousness i know that the county can shut me down on the 5th wheel and i do believe in doing things the right way .. my contingency plan if they tell me i can't have someone living there is to just move it to a local park until the guy thats staying there finds another place , then just move it back ..Seeing how i only paid $2000 for the 5th wheel and put another $1200 into it and hooking up the septic and water ...the electric was already in .. anyway it's already paid for its self (and was cash+ ) the first year.. so even paying to put it in a park it would still be cash+ around $100-$150 a month .. matter of fact .. hum... that gives me a idea .. its a bit late this year but, i could buy a couple more for next yr and put them in the park.. then charge a lot more for seasonal rents plus get the full seasons rent up front ..
