I set up my daily time blocks on GC and watch the ted line steal my day away for motivation.

You still need to be involved and watch your property manager to ensure things are running well, but that takes less time than self-managing.

If properties in that area tend to appreciate more slowly, especially if you can't start renovations immediately, you may sit on that investment watching potential profits get eaten away at slowly as inflation passes appreciation. 

There are several courses online, but before paying a dime it would be helpful to watch the several videos on YOUTUBE on giving prompts.

I realize I am late to the party but I just watched an all day webinar by Anderson Advisors on Tax & Asset Protection last Saturday and found it very beneficial and informative that I was interested in signing up for their services.

Base the amount of podcast I watched, I know it's very possible but with limited finance, it seems out of my reach.

I see it as most people are so wore out from being at the parks all they that they pass out and get up early to do it again.I don't even turn on the TV when I'm there.Kids have tablets to watch their stuff and play games on.
