Along with what's already been said, I would use a professional photographer to really showcase the spaces so Guest can envision themselves playing bocce ball, lounging outside, etc. 

When you ask a question and have done no research on your own or thought to search to see if the question is answered, that's basic adulting 101, not a social media or forum error in my opinion.I think both sides - the noob who gets offended, and the veteran who is shocked at the noob clogging up the forums - seem extremely “new to the internet.”

A little about me: I'm a two-time combat veteran with the US Air Force.

As others have said, a veteran multifamily agent is going to save you a ton of time and headache, while also possibly saving or making you more money.

For VA loans, I think I can speak for almost all of us in stating no veteran is likely going to let you assume the loan unless you also are a veteran and can use your VA loan entitlement.

I second a good side hustle and have spent some money utilizing a real estate photographer which is one way to get going and making good money with only about $700 worth of equipment.
