Our next trip is tentatively planned around the holidays. 

They will know setback rules, road widths required, easement documentation for road and utilities, postal box and bus stop.  

In regards to having a EV charger, Id seen a lot of people install the outdoor rated ones in their STR and it helps to draw the people that may be renting a EV during their trip. 

This trips a lot of people up.

For instance, not knowing what type of panels are on the naughty list in the eyes of the lender will trip you up during a DD period if you haven't underwritten your line item expense of replacing them.

If that is true, many will have already booked their annual trip, and I don’t know that booking window.

We made specific trips to the local police precinct to speak with the drug task unit, but importantly, we networked with someone who absolutely knew what they were doing.

I’m probably going to make a trip over there from NYC sometime in the very near future, but would love to hear what you have to say.

Syndications start off with a lot of unspoken ifs… if we can force appreciation, if variable rates don’t go up, if no unexpected surprises as to the estimates we based our proposal on, etc.To me, the biggest flaw in the single point IRR analysis is to ignore the risk of being a passenger on the bus with a syndication in the first place.
