I would try to buy properties starting at a specific date so not large ticket items come up.

This will provide you two benefits:1) Help you better define the position, so you can hire a better matched person2) Make training the next person easier

And all of that with training wheels, it is very hard to screw it up on a consequential scale.Because it is 2025 and RE is not cheap anymore I will encourage you to also look into building a business on the side.

would be of value if every state had one for the legions of newbies trying these Sub to deals etc etc.. going to be some very sad stories over the coming years with the guru trainings going on and those with little to no money trying to pull this stuff off.

I agree with Miguel, build your system, then hire a virtual assistant and train them how to use it.

Highly suggest some YT videos for training / help on the platform.

It sounds like a good opportunity and I want to pull the trigger but I wanted to get some reviews since the program is a high ticket of $15K I couldn't find much online about this program or Brian Grimes.
