(sounds like torture to me lol) I have seen a few listings that have a pool, which would be a good way to entertain kids in the summer, but a very costly add on.

MA salary but NH quality of life, and the sweet spot for getting those qualities without a torturous commute is Southern NH.

While this would make me somewhat upset it would also mean that I have someone present on the premises in an "illegal" manner (in the widest sense; tenant let him onto the premises, so technically not squatting).Assuming that this new person isn't torturing my perfectly fine tenant (pft) to be able to remain on the premises by preventing my pft to get help from me (aka showing that pft is not happy with that situation) this would make my former pft turn into a tenant that I now no longer like because fpft went against the lease agreement.

A person in a wheel chair can still use there hands, talk, there mind etc and guess what, it's actually hard for most of these people to find employment oddly enough and having known such disabled persons I know how much they WANT to contribute, sitting at home and rotting is mental torture.  

I unfortunately am a brainstormer personality, so the evaluation process it torture ;-)
