It sure is mate,What "killed" the fun for more is scale.10+ deals per month, 30+ in house staff.Different devisions like property management, rehabs, maintenance, brokerage, building tech, personal investments, etc...Came full circle mate.Less is more and not looking to break any records nowadays.Doubled revenue and profits first 5 years lolBecame a monster with 17 heads...I want to get old like you and Jay so health and life first now hahahaJokes and love you fella's 

The only tech company based here that I know of is Neighborly, which has several hundred employees.

One is a tech engineer, running a team.

But the tech isnt ready, custody isnt ready really, secondary markets arent ready, and i think this all needs to come from institutional down.

As the tech sector continues to expand and bring high-paying jobs to the area, demand is likely to surge again.

The city is growing and the macroeconomics is great - lots of job growth and population growth and major tech companies moving out here and developing like Intel, Google, Amazon, Meta, etc.

Apple , Tesla, Google, Samsung amongst other Tech giant companies have chosen Austin TX as thier city.

So no giant pile of cash to target sitting around somewhere. 

You just ate a giant meal and are so full you don't want to do anything and surely don't want to have a fight.
