We had a similar situation in my town - last year a husband murdered his wife and then committed suicide in the house, leaving a little baby without it's parents.

Theft, murder, drugs, fire suicide, stupidity all becomes normalized activity after awhile.  

That's like committing career suicide .

Hello BiggerPockets family,My wife and I own a multifamily apartment building, and we had a terrible tragedy a couple of days ago.We await the final police report, but there was an apparent murder/attempted suicide in one of the units.So far we’ve spent $20k in crime-scene cleanup and they still have another day of work to do.  

In addition, I had a suicide in my building years ago. 

I tried the bombers , and wished I just called a professional right away.

As a purchaser, what advantages can I take advantage of, 1)because it is a foreclosure and 2) because of the suicides?

Suicide is extremely high here due to religious impact. 

I admit we have sent many flower plantings and flower boxes on suicide missions just for a showing.
