I've stumbled upon a fantastic opportunity with solid cash flow!

Hey everyone, I recently stumbled across the Bigger Pockets network through the Real Estate Rookie podcast with Tony & Ashley and have enjoyed learning about different real estate investment strategies.

I literally stumbled upon the BiggerPockets YouTube channel today and am interested in learning more.

I chose to ignore them because they're inaccurate and misleading for the purposes of our discussion but I didn't think about the fact that people might stumble onto them so I should have mentioned them.So why did I just wrote that these indexes are inaccurate and misleading for the purposes of our discussion?

This made me scratch my head so i stumbled upon this thread as well as some of the bbb reviews out their.

The days of buying a random average property in a vacation destination and throwing it on Airbnb when you actually aren't any good at underwriting or hosting and stumbling blindly into 50% CoC returns are dead. 

In 2020, during the start of the pandemic, I stumbled upon a BP podcast on YouTube.
