Any extra investments in the exterior are probably going to be past the point of diminishing returns and while over rehabbing might stroke your ego, I can tell you from some experience that there are a lot cheaper ways to get your ego stroked.:)What all this comes down to is that you want to offer what your target audience expects.

I had a brain anurism and a stroke about 5 years ago and my wife let my license end.  

Not only did this dog scratch nonstop on his hind legs at the sliding door, he would relocate to the house windows and jump up and scratch at them and the vinyl siding with powerful strokes.  

People can't paint all the landlord tenant laws with one broad brush stroke.

Since I had a stroke I have been unemployed and am looking for something to do on a part time basis.
