If you were green and new to this game, would you find the book that was recommended from a BP staff member valuable?

Support staff at RentRedi were there to answer any questions and help me setup, once setup it runs itself.  

The result is we have supervisors and executives we can reach out to assist us if a property is truly being ignored by a case manager.Is it work?

While the staff at RTR do try to work with you and accessible, it's important for potential investors not to be swayed solely by glowing reviews and comments.

I can only think that this grows as we move into the typical buy/sell season.I assume that your buyer funnel is full, and a lot of people have the want to buy with a constraint or two (rate mostly) of some sorts and you're working with them to execute their purchase at the right time while working around their constraint.

Achieving a great cashflowing property, learning the process while executing, and great satisfaction of helping a family.

This is the reason I quit being a moderator because of something that went mildly off the rails in the forums, and then it was completely censored because I responded to staff in the forums after they mentioned me.I think the moderators do an amazing job and should be given more pay or credit or anything.

Supplement this far simpler entity approach by ensuring you have appropriate types and levels of insurance, you operate your business in a manner in which your conduct is not considered an exclusion in your policy, you work with licensed and insured vendors, you execute contracts with indemnification clauses with these same vendors/ require additional insured status &  maintain appropriate licensing and permits.

The numbers can definitely still work here with the right deal and execution.
