Nothing exciting here but one of my fears is that a quest's dog will get sprayed by a skunk at our VR in the country and it will get in the house, ruining the carpet & furniture, lol.

We generally spray and back roll with a 3/4" nap roller. 

Cook the home to 130 degrees, then have a licensed person spray.

Once we had it stripped down, we sprayed the floors down with Odaban (Home Depot) then aired it out a lot and ran an ozone machine for a few days.

It’s spray and pray marketing but I can get into 10, 000 mailboxes for 7 cents each.

I think mace or bear spray on your key ring in your hand would be more effective.. 

Then you have the opportunity to insulate with fiberglass or spray foam.

From an operations stand point, make sure the quote from the contractor includes — full containment and HEPA filtered negative air movers that ideally can exhaust to the exterior, manometer with print out logs documenting the containment’s negative pressure throughout the mitigation, full removal of affected materials (drywall, baseboard), (wood framing can sometimes be sanded and then sprayed with a spor/fungicide), and finally an *inspection by a third party environmental hygienist for air clearance*.

Turned out we used a pesticide company who sprayed and told us we can go in and work there the next day.
