Just imagine you ride in an elevator and someone sneezes.... opps... you have just been exposed and you could not social distance.Younger people, especially single, ambitious and professional, will choose a City Life Style over Cow Towns.When you are a young workaholic earning a substantial salary, even when WFH, you still want your Gym, Restaurants, Parks, Bars and Clubs very close.

As I was walking thru, I started sneezing and my sinuses were irritated.They left behind an unopend 42 LBS bag of cat litter.30 minutes after they had left, my nose was watery, eyes had swollen up, throat got a bad tickle, and I felt itchy and fevered.

Airplanes have state of the art Hepa filters.. its the dry air that is the issue. and of course if someone sneezes or coughs right on you.. but thats just flying.

If it was bad enough, I would even consider using the current pandemic in my favor by having folks sneeze, cough, etc. while viewing the property to increase the discomfort factor.As a rookie landlord, I haven't had to deal with this type of situation before and hopefully won't have to.

@Maurice SmithYou can have a mask that protects your entire face, it’s still not going to do anything if you don’t wash your hands, except protect you from people literally sneezing or coughing directly onto your face, unlikely.
