PS - I am selling this property myself, so I feel that it is some small advantage that I can meet buyers on site and if they bring it up, then I will have a chance to explain it away...kinda....we'll see.PSS - There are only 3-4 neighbors that are seriously affected, so chance of getting a bunch of people a block away to get involved is slim.

You can try to use another lender, but they've basically built in a "poison pill" with the fluff built into the house to use their lender so they can make even more.
