If she's 70 and still working, my guess is it is not a high paying job and she should have some pension she's also getting.As Kevin mentioned, there are a lot of charitable organizations that will help people out in this situation, especially if they are seniors. 

However, you need the temperament/skills to pull it off.

From using data to identify emerging markets to building tools that automate property analysis or management, your skills could really give you an edge.

I am not the most technical person but in this day and age, not being technical is even more reason to welcome opportunities to use platforms that help develop that skill. 

You can get around the by partnering with someone with PR and language skills.

Realistically, one checking account and an accounting system will meet all your needs and keep your business better organized than 7+ bank accounts.If you want to collect bank interest from excess cash, add a savings account.

The deal fell through because I couldn't line up the financing during COVID......God/Universe has a way of looking out for us...As investors, a crucial skill we develop is to take our emotions out of the situation/deal, but that is hard when we have invested a lot of time and money into a deal.
