You will want to interview at least a couple of realtors and determine what resources they have available for you in several arenas (lenders, contractors, more). 

I am glad to have access to the resources I found here.Last snippet is I originally became interested in the AirBnb market internationally.

YouTube is also a fantastic resource—it's free and you can learn at your own pace, which is a huge benefit.
