Remember after COVID the consensus was rents would suffer and property values were in trouble? 

If I remember correctly, we had a chance to evict them in December 2023, right around Christmas and New Year's.

I would probably take the risk at $500, but $1k feels more of a ripoff like most guru programs. don't waste your time if they don't meet your criteria there is ZERO chance they will meet this guys.. remember they make their money with you folks dreaming of making money and paying for the dream.. 

Remember that Foreclosures can only be seen from the outside (usually)so you can still get a good look at the property and the surrounding area and neighborhood to get a gut feeling.
