Even though I am 62, I hope to have a few years of actual retirement doing the things that are enjoyable and being relaxed with some saved money and investments still providing me with money.I know alot of this is probably hard to believe but my attempt is to inform you not feeling too shocked at what I said and wanting to be believed. 

Utilize Houston's relaxed zoning and code to your advantage.

After a little time to relax and enjoy our new house, we decided to begin real estate investing.

When you ready to buy it might be $600,000.Then you will ask yourself should you wait for $500,000.Just Relax.   

My block (where I live) is beautiful, safe, relaxing.  1/2 mile from me is a war zone. 

To be able to keep moving forward I relaxed some of those rules of thumb such as the 1% rule. 

Relax.....if this is the biggest mistake you have made, you are doing fine...If its really freaking you out, talk to the tenant and let them know there was a small error on the lease and either amend it with a new section they sign, or make a new lease with the correction.

Relax and enjoy living in the greatest economic engine on the planet!

You don't want to relax your standards and end up getting burned with a costly eviction down the road.
