I just heard that starting in 2019, the City of Cudahy is going to require all property owners with a property that has 4 units or more to pay for private trash and recycling pick up.

Did I also mention they seem to be hoarders (So much unwanted junk in the rear of their unit by where they saw the rat) I’ve told them verbally plenty of times I wanted everything trashed since their lease states they are to keep the property clean and sanitary clear from any debris,trash,recycling ect. 

The same result in the end (because you'd be recycling the HELOC anyway each time you refi)! 

We do not offer recycling.

I have been recycling the same money over and over for a while.

So I need to recycle my funds in order to acquire more properties in a short amount of time.

Plus once you do the refi your HELOC is still there if you want it to be, in theory you could recycle those funds over and over whereas with hard money or private money you’d have new origination costs and fees.

This is very, very old game that keeps getting recycled looking for new people.....it’s s waste of time for 98% of the people.

Once you run the numbers it becomes a lot easier to just load it all into a truck and take it to donate or to the recycling center/dump.
