Those ponds and walking trails, laundry facilities, club houses, pools, and recreation areas, some with day cares, are offered by the developers to get the deals.

The problem is that there appears to be mold damage in the basement recreation room on the wood panels.

They lost EVERYTHING and hadn't backed up so had to recreate in about a week's time.

That's a 2 bed 2 bath 1350 sq ft on 1/3 acre, 1/2 a block from the river right where there are a lot of recreational activities.There are simply no renters out there, no matter what the rent price is.
