I have yet to have a guest ask for a refill or mention the quality (I tried to pick a nice-looking, not-too-expensive brand).Be careful with the scents -- I had a run of people pulling out and hiding the scents and one or two people complained that they were scent-sensitive in private notes. 

There are the self service options as well as drop off and pick up options.

One cabin owner I spoke with mentioned that even mid-week bookings picked up when they offered flexible check-in times and promoted the property as a remote work getaway.A quick tip: before committing, check Johnson City’s regulations on short-term rentals.

Greatly increased lending capital by transitioning from a ‘blind pool” fund to a series LLC / syndication model where investors know the property lending deal before committing to any loan and can “pick and choose” whichever loans they do or do not want to participate in.  

Just be mindful to keep relationships with your tenants strong.I’m curious... if you had to pick just one route right now..sell, refinance, or optimize..where do you think you’d lean, and why?

From mold to people picking at it, caulk will need touched up at least once per year.

@Kent Fang ching - Hi Kent, checkout my podcast #373 I was in a very similar boat when I picked Kansas City from San Diego.

In the US, they can be randomly shot at a supermarket, a school or a nightclub.

I would advise picking one of those strategies and rolling with it.
