Assuming those accountants and lawyers aren't working for free.One would still further think that if the son of someone so financially sophisticated is now somehow trapped into paying an extra $3000 a month for the next year, that might have entered into the equation of determining what could be offered as a move-out incentive.One would even further think that such a financially sophisticated fellow, so concerned with his audit exposure, would have done rather a bit more research about the impact of the gifted down payment.And finally, one would be tempted to believe that a financially sophisticated poster such as this one purports to be would simply walk away after realizing that he wasn't getting the advice he hoped for, rather than continuing to post in self-justifying ways.I suspect we are being trolled.
