I am not able to print the resume and cover letter due to a lack of a printer, but it's on Google docs.

The original printer we used was very good and very effective, but our callers ask us why our return address, their address, and the the timestamp on the envelope are all different states.

I took my design to a little local printer, and I was able to get my super bright day glow orange cards made for a pretty good price. 

Duplex printer...prints on both sides.I just got the NeatScanner for receipts and business cards, so I can't comment on it yet.My most used software is FileCenter Professional.

I am looking for a format or template where all of the generic text is on the card and then I could run it through my printer to add property address and owner's name/address via mailmerge.
