Tenant C is setup for $745 and that started debiting his account on 9/4 and it did go through.Cozy prematurely sent the rent from Tenant B to my Bank account "C".

I'm considering buying and flipping houses or just renting them out, however there's just so much to learn and I'm afraid to take the next step prematurely.

As far as the damage is concerned, it's not so much that it's dirty and the fins are bent (which personally would drive me nuts if it were my" new" AC unit), but if the unit were to fail prematurely or require service, no matter what or when, it will be your fault.
