@Christopher Hunter Thanks, there has been alot of work being done in Tacoma so I am not sure if the Spaghetti Factory is still there, but I can always check it out, my wife and I had ate there one time before but that was about 14 years ago lol.

I suggest you get the loan docs to find out what the ate is based on and when the adjustments occur, then make your decision as to whether or not you want to be responsible for that note.
