@Dustin Sanders Unfortunately, I will be shocked if you find this.  20% down is hanging on by a thread based on where rates are at and the general anxiety over declining real estate values.  20% down is the minimum I'm seeing.

A lot of investors are jumping to secondary lines of insurance coverage and the problem with those is that the companies are based in the Cayman Islands or the Bahamas a lot of the time, and it is suspect that they would actually pay out if the need arose unfortunately.

It's just a pass-through entity so the income would flow on to your personal and you would pay taxes based the tax bracket you fall in for you personal income (from my understanding).

I may be misremembering this next part, but I recall one of the RTR podcast episodes where he mentions that RTR keeps all the “10’s” and gives the “9’s, 8’s, and 7’s” to the customers.
