I have tons of friends who are physicians or dentists so I'd like to create a niche healthcare practice (that's the goal at least).

I didn't hit 20% equity but I did a refi into a physician loan so it didn't matter.

When we asked for documentation from her physician she backed down, and fortunately she was at the end of her lease so we did not renew.

I am an Army physician and was told by “big Army” I could easily extend to a 6yr assignment if I desired. 

Cant just come asking for money promising to be a good servant of their funds.Also, I'd start with people you know and have relationship with - your dentist, physician, plumber etc.
