I found this deal through a wholesaler in my network and I negotiated with the wholesaler to get a lower price with the buyer because of an issue with an attached empty lot.

If you file an eviction then it must be filed locally, if your LLC is sued they will sue locally.

It's usually the member/borrower's creditworthiness that is the issue and interferes with approval, not the LLC.
