I have a friend who bought 3 properties in York, with 20% down and it cash flows and it increase in value since he bought before the pandemic. 

My intuition served me well just two years later when the Pandemic hit, we fled LA to enjoy our 2020 summer and haven't really looked back since.

It has been interesting to see prices come down in places like Florida, Texas and Idaho and inventory in those places return to pre-pandemic levels.

This could cause real estate inventories to rise as more sellers consider moving on from their pandemic rate mortgages for more lateral and feasible borrowing costs.

With the pandemic, Jersey City's rental market has been hit really hard.

In life we get caught off guard with Health issues, Death in the family, Loss of business or jobs (Unexpected pandemics!).

In these short years have built a fantastic team in Quattro Capital, closed 10 apartment complexes during the global pandemic and continue to love collaborating with the whole Multifamily Mindset team. 

@Jordan Noble Has easing of the pandemic helped resolve the issues you saw?

I have seen a huge spike in interest again in STRs in the Nashville market this year that is on par with late 2019/early 2020 before the pandemic.  

During the pandemic I did MYR for travel nurses, not for the $ but because of a lack of accommodations by a small community hospital.
