hey Greg, i havent been checking the mail here, sorry about that. i just recenty sold the 4 plex and under contract to buy 2 duplex's on the same piece of property, close at the end of the month. after closing of these, i plan on looking for another property

@Chris Seveney Lots of great points...My feeling, based on looking at past notes and tapes, is that there were a large amount of sub performing notes with borrowers that were just barely hanging on.

I haven't run any numbers, but the architect said that if it was development as affordable housing, you can double the number of units as long as over 5 units are allowed.I'm not really sure where to start on looking in to this.
