Could even be for removal of something in the interior, like gutting related to hazard. substances used on the property (meth cooking, etc.).  

As Investors and Real Estate Entrepreneurs I believe its important that we nourish our psychology to remain positive and productive.

The first time you step into some unknown substance you'll be grateful for the extra protection.  

Then I found @John Fedro website and researched some stories, and that has given me more substance.

You know how it is, he gives you lots of soundbites on subjects but doesn't give any real substance.

Do controlled burns in specific areas to clear it out and let it return to Mother Nature, with the carbon nourishing the earth, until the next influx of people come. 

While this thread may be negative (for good reason) at least we hear something positive from an investor rather than the standard substance-lacking ra-ra we get from our friend from TX.Also hope what William said was true that they are listening. 

Unfortunately the cliché “Win,Win” has becomean empty shell of form without substance.

By shedding some light on this situation I feel we can add a bunch of good substance to this thread.I have been looking for a way to get my feet wet in REI.
