A lot of chemistry involved.

until you concentrate in Mammalogy, Botany, Herpetology, or even further down into molecular biology or organic chemistry, but you have to start somewhere.   

Someone who does 30+ transactions a year and you have a good chemistry with.

I am 19 years old and majoring in chemistry, but I am really looking to get into real estate investing and I'm not sure where or how to start.

My undergrad was in biochemistry and now I am pursing Master in Bioscience which will put me into business world of pharmaceutical/biotech companies ( I wont do any bench chemistry lab work). 

If you were to become a doctor, you'd study chemistry, biochemistry, physics, biology, etc before you ever got into the specific stuff.So while still taking action, we should all aspire to be experts and professionals in our area of study, just like professionals in other areas.

Now that was like reading a chemistry text book.

Make sure the chemistry is there with who you discuss deals with!
