If you have 2 or more properties, do you have cameras set up to see who comes and goes for each property?

There is a ton more involved than BRRRRing a SFH - you have buying/developing, managing, operations, various softwares (RM, CRM), security (cameras, gates, lighting, signs, locks), lockouts...the list goes on.

I have outdoor surveillance cameras in the front yard and back yard.

We have security cameras set up inside and outside, that are on the disclosures so buyers are aware of them, and that they are being recorded. 

Guest checks in, i double check camera to make sure no issues getting in (sometimes people have issues using Schlage lock.

I'd prefer not to give an entry code to lots of different delivery drivers if possible.In this position I'd wait until packages actually started getting stolen before doing anything, or maybe I'd get a Ring doorbell or camera. 

We have cleaned out those tenants, and have security cameras, and access control pads to the courtyard to deter unwanted elements from coming by.

A lighted inspection camera/borescope costs fifty bucks. 

SIDE NOTE / NOT AN ANSWER:  Any tax title property I own with a building structure on it and is apparently vacant, has at least one 8MP TASCO Game camera pointed at the house starting from the day I purchased tax title. 

You need security cameras.
