Litecoin is a bit different than bitcoin in that it is relatively quick and easy to buy/sell, but newer on the scene.Download the free coinbase app and you can put whatever amount you are comfy with into one of three cryptos in a few minutes: Bitcoin $19k/coin, Ethereum $700/coin, Litecoin $300/coin...but I believe you can buy in increments as small as $50.

I do not accept cash app or zelle as those seem better suited for personal transactions than for something like rent payments.

They don't connect with a lot of apps and other vendors though, and their site and services are clunky. 

I would recommend dropping the rent to get it occupied, and only raising rents slightly while occupied and making more significant jumps to get closer to market rate when a tenant has to relocate and cannot renew.Jesse, we've got quite a few new and newer duplexes in Lubbock and have not had any issues getting multiple qualified apps per vacant unit within a few days of listing it.
