First, let me just clarify that my comments below are as a user and not indicative of any BP policy whatsoever - I'm a moderator but also just a guy with houses :)As a guy that was on the original podcast, I'm looking forward to @Dave Meyer's contributions.

As it is underdeveloped the prices should be low, still, there are many developers that have higher prices which begs the question:Are you asking as a risk taker or a moderate investor? 

For us, its about creating posititve impact, long-term capital appreciation, and decent cashflow, so we are investing in low-to-moderate income heavy value-add 3/2 SFRS in southern DFW.
