You have to keep the calendars sync'd, the pricing sync'd, the photos sync'd, the descriptions sync'd, guidebooks, messages, etc, etc.

The macroeconomics here is rapidly growing - lots of population growth and job growth especially with the many companies moving and developing out here like Intel, Honda, Amazon, Google, Meta, etc.

based on your description of your current financial affairs I would say you have ZERO chance of pulling off a construction loan .
