Your first concerns should be your operating procedures and insurance.  

I would look for other types of travelers in addition to traveling medical professionals.

You are not negotiating the procedure of the transaction.

Property management - to be profitable - relies on scalable processes and procedures. 

A tenant “broke” a railing on the second floor deck and fell down and had medical issues they were sueing for along with PTSD and a bunch of over things .

If you have a small home (1/1 or 2/1) it may work for travel medical professionals and digital nomads.

Red tape = dealing with the government, getting the house inspected and approved, learning the procedures of Section 8 so you do everything the right way.

This diversification includes healthcare, with the South Texas Medical Center continuing to expand; education, with multiple universities enhancing their tech programs; and the military, with cyber command units at local bases.

My suggestion.. ask about their program, see if they’d be willing to let you see their policies and procedures.
