They own the property so you can defer to them.As others have said, contact the therapist to verify they are accredited and that they are actually treating your roommate.When your roommate is gone, it is reasonable to expect the dog to be kennelled and quiet.

Storage is difficult thing to manage and found the chain link panels like a dog kennel type set up maybe the easiest to maintain.

If the dogs are not kenneled and are defecating all over then you have immediate cause for eviction, and personally I wouldn't wait a day and let this continue..

Fortunately, we have a place to go to temporarily, but it is going to be hard on the dogs because it will be a kennel environment which they are not used to.  

I've noticed the Shaw and Tower Grove area building up so I'm hoping to use those trends for improving the property I manage and a future investment. 

Well sounds like garage or bathroom is where they'll need to kennel up the dogs, during work and appointments.

Also, if you are willing to live in that area, build the duplex, live in 1/2 and rent out the other 1/2 to lower your living expenses.
