And, these matters generally won't arise from some auditor or regulator seeing a deal that closed with unrealistic prices or terms, they generally come up after the fact by interested parties and they sue seeking relief or justice  of tortuous conduct.

Kids want it all - UA and Justice clothes, trips to Disney World and the beach every year, select sport this and that and not to mention you feel like you deserve some nice things to since you make the money.

Of course, I wouldn't be doing justice if I didn't give negatives.

That sitting in it's current condition, deteriorating isn't doing the home justice.

So then I did a basic Google search the owners name and zip code, to find any other known addresses or phone number(s) instead I found an Orlando Sentential article with the owners name stating that she was murdered in her home (This was a tragedy she was a mother of 4, but at least justice was served the murderer was sentenced to 25 to life he got what he deserved).
