Need some more statements from them but liquidity shouldn’t be an issue either.

If I may, a lot of the issues we are running into with insurance is that consumers no longer use insurance as a catastrophic fall back but rather, they nickel and dime on small claims that compund into larger issues.

I went through a similar issue trying to open a business bank account in 2020 when everything was shut down and it was such a pain.

A lot of maintenance issues are repeated again and again on all the properties a PMC manages.So, a PMC has pretty good idea of what many issues cost.

I expect there will be many more issues with these transactions moving forward. 

It did find some serious credit issues with the first applicants I had, and some minor ones with the second applicants.
