The last time there was a worldwide pandemic was the 1918 flu and it subsided in the summer before coming roaring back even worse.

I'm more irritated that she did not tell us of her condition - nor did she ever have a walker or a cane or anything that would cause concern when we met with her... otherwise I would have asked if it was going to be an issue.

Many unfortunate commercial REITs will potentially end up in bankruptcy because their business models can' t survive the trump flu. 

One thing that had irritated me was the fact that my agent had failed on preliminary due diligence and showed me a condo that was not investor friendly.

I can only imagine going to court with a tenant (for whatever reason), and them telling the court I raised the rent in the middle of China flu. 

Secondly, this is serious and is a pandemic with twice the death rate of the flu.
