I continue to wonder why Fair Housing has a provision for ESA which are not trained, certified service animals.

I have not been able to find any in person networking events in my area doing a basic internet search.

What we really need is a single internet "bad tenant" list to warn each other.

But I saw it on the Internet; it must be true.......

All it does is it aggregates information available on the Internet plus data fed into it by its "trainers."

The "retire off of real estate" crowd on the internet mostly spouts nonsense or has something to sell. 

Instead of throwing your deal out to a bunch of strangers on the internet, I recommend you do your research to find a local expert with 20+ ACTIVE years in real estate in your market.

Also, dont work with big internet lenders like rocket, lending tree, etc.
