This ensures a clean transition of ownership and responsibility for insurance purposes.

And all the tenants' security deposits and all the buyers'Earnest Money Deposits don't need my asset protection, as they are not my funds, and are certainly not covered by any of our Umbrella Insurance Policies. 

I recommend honing in on one specific strategy to get started and then go from there.

The most likely options are exchanging:Life insurance for life insuranceLife insurance for endowmentLife insurance for non-qualified annuityPersonally, I would first determine what type of exchange you want to do.
