I am indirectly conneted to them and it sounds like they are great people although I haven't invested with them.I don't invest with them because, even if they give investors the advertised returns, they are way too low for me given the risk.

You give your accountant a login and they can log in directly to your account and make the changes without the whole e-mailing back and forth thing.

@Amy DeCesare While the areas you mention could certainly benefit from more multi-family units, generally people in the more affluent parts of the state like Washington county oppose such new development, either indirectly through zoning ordinances like minimum lot size and parking requirements that make it almost impossible to build (as @Brandon Ingegneri mentioned), or directly at zoning hearings where neighbors show up and oppose it because that they don't want to change the "character" of their neighborhood.It can be done, but it's far more the exception than the rule and requires big bucks, political savviness, and the ability to make a big bet and absorb the loss if you lose.

I personally hate when wholesalers play this game and send out daisy chain properties.Wholesalers in my area do this all the time and send out each others deals, etc.I won't even work with them if they aren't in direct control of the deal with the seller.

@Moses Lucero,As long as those investments are completely separate and you are personally not receiving any benefit from your IRA directly (or indirectly) you should be able to partner with this person.
