Nearly all the investors I work with need to be re-educated about expectations.

Unfortunately, this problem waste a lot of my time that could be spent on other investments.I have used the same tax professional for many years and he is very educated, but also much older than me and it's hard for me to understand all the reasons he has expressed why is better to put the rental on my personal tax returns.

My goal is to build a business that serves corporate clients; construction and infrastructure development teams, medical/education faculty, corporate relocation, family emergency relocation services, sports travel/events,corporate and industryand I want to learn from those of you who are doing this successfully and are willing to share actionable ideas for how I can be successful in offering value to these groups.Thank you!!

Does that mean that education doesn't work too and is a bigger scam that what you are making this out to be?

Is it a wrap note, where your seller-carryback note incorporated the first position note and the buyer pays you in full every month, and then you pay the first position lender?

I would be happy just throwing my money into index funds if that makes the most sense, I'm just not well educated in the area of passive income enough to feel confident in any decision. 

Not saying it cannot be done but be aware that these programs I have heard good things about but also recognize timing and you may have a great education but bad time to implement

Real estate is NOT a passive investment and requires lots of analysis and education.

We have education in real estate principles, real estate law and real estate finance.  

Am excited to venture into wholesaling and I've been educating myself on terms, technique, and form of going about it.
